Abdel Aziz Bouh takes charge of Al Ahly vs Orlando Pirates

CAF have appointed Mauritanian referee Abdel Aziz Bouh to officiate Al Ahly’s upcoming clash against Orlando Pirates in the CAF Champions League.

Bouh will be assisted by Youssef Mohamed and Ba Kalido, with Boubacar Sarr serving as the fourth official.

This will be Bouh’s third time officiating an Al Ahly match in the CAF Champions League. The reigning African champions remain unbeaten under his watch, having drawn with Young Africans and defeated Sudan’s Al Hilal 3-0.

Al Ahly will face Orlando Pirates on December 7 in Johannesburg, during the second match week of the CAF Champions League group stage. The match is set to kick off at 3 PM CET.

The Egyptian giants aim to defend their title, having won the competition in the past two seasons. They are drawn in Group C alongside CR Belouizdad (Algeria), Orlando Pirates (South Africa), and Stade d’Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
