The Abu Dhabi Sports Council has announced dates for the Egyptian Super Cup, featuring Al Ahly, Zamalek, Pyramids, and Ceramica Cleopatra.
The tournament will take place from October 20 to October 24, with the four participating teams set to arrive in the UAE on October 17. Training sessions will begin on October 18, with additional sessions scheduled before the semifinals.
The semifinal matches, according to Cairo time, are as follows:
- Sunday, October 20
- Zamalek vs. Pyramids (4:05 PM)
- Al Ahly vs. Ceramica Cleopatra (8:00 PM)
The matches for third place and the final will be held on October 24 at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium.
Al Ahly, the record holder of the Egyptian Super Cup with 14 titles, will be aiming to defend their title, while Zamalek, with four titles, will look to reclaim the trophy they last won in 2020.
Meanwhile, Pyramids and Ceramica Cleopatra have yet to win the Super Cup, with Pyramids participating for the third consecutive time and Ceramica Cleopatra making their second appearance.
Al Ahly has won the last three editions of the Super Cup, all held in the UAE, defeating Zamalek, Pyramids, and Modern Future in succession.
