Egypt international Mohamed Elneny is reportedly set to leave Arsenal after spending over eight years at the club.
Elneny’s contract is due to expire at the end of the season and the Egyptian hasn’t featured regularly for the Gunners this season.
The 31-year-old made just six appearances in all competitions and it seems the club are not keen on another contract extension.

According to CaughtOffside, Arsenal will not consider a new deal for the Egyptian as they are planning to improve their squad depth in the summer.
The report also added that Elneny’s possible destinations are the Saudi Pro League and one of the interested suitors is Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq.
The midfielder could also be making a return to the Turkish Super Lig having spent the 2019/20 season on loan from Arsenal at Besiktas.
