Catalunyan giants Barcelona have reached an agreement with Ghanian club Dreams FC to sign young midfielder Abdul Aziz Issah on loan.
The 18-year-old was one of the brightest talents at Dreams FC last season where they reached the CAF Confederations Cup semi-final, where they lost to Zamalek.
The Cairo giants later expressed their interest in signing the player back in May according to Dreams boss Abdul-Karim Zito but a deal never materialised.
Barcelona have now managed to secure a season-long loan deal for Issah as they announced the transfer on Tuesday.
“Agreement reached between FC Barcelona and Ghana side Dreams FC for the loan of the player Abdul Aziz Issah, who is to join Barça Atlètic for one season until June 30 2025, the club said in a statement.
“Born in Ghana on November 20 2005, Aziz Issah is a left-footed winger who can play in any attacking position, while being very two-footed. He is quick and with good ball control, and he is known for his goalscoring despite playing on the wings.”
