Veteran Tunisian coach Faouzi Benzarti, 74, has stepped down as head coach of the Tunisian National Team after just four matches in charge.
The Tunisian Football Federation has yet to announce a replacement for Benzarti, who began his fourth stint as national team manager in July 2024.
During this brief tenure, Benzarti led Tunisia in four games, securing two wins, one draw, and one loss.
The team defeated Madagascar and Gambia but drew and lost to Comoros in the October international window.
Despite the recent setbacks, Tunisia currently leads its 2025 AFCON qualifying group with seven points from four games. Comoros sits second with six points, Gambia third with five, and Madagascar is last with two.
Tunisia will face Madagascar and Gambia in the November international break, with AFCON qualification at stake.
