Al Ahly star Percy Tau has warned his side ahead of their crucial CAF Champions League encounter against TP Mazembe.
The Red Devils managed to overcome Simba 3-0 on aggregate to qualify for the competition’s semi-finals two weeks ago.
They are now set to meet Mazembe with the first leg taking place in Lubumbashi on Saturday before both sides face each other again in Cairo a week later.
Percy Tau, who previously played against Mazembe when he represented Mamelodi Sundowns, believes Al Ahly must be wary of the Congolese giants.
“I faced Mazembe before in the same stadium and I know how difficult it can be,” Tau said via the club’s social media channels.
“But we have experienced players in our squad who have been in such situations. We have managed to pull off big away results in the past and that is what we intend to do on Saturday.”
