Marmoush

Manchester City are reportedly considering a move for Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush in efforts to strengthen their attack.

Following a lackluster first half of the season, the winter transfer window might prove to be Pep Guardiola’s saving grace, and according to a recent Daily Mail report, Omar Marmoush has emerged as a standout target for Manchester City following his impressive performances in the Bundesliga and Europa League this season.

If the reports turn out to be true, Manchester City would be joining Barcelona, Roma, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Arsenal, in what is a long list of top clubs that are reportedly vying for the Egyptian winger’s signing.

However, Marmoush has expressed his focus on continuing his success with Eintracht Frankfurt despite growing interest from Europe’s elite clubs. But an opportunity to join Guardiola’s Cityzens, arguably the most dominant team in English football, could be one of the toughest prospects to turn down for any player in world football.

Omar Marmoush has displayed his ability to compete at the highest level, and his signing would undoubtedly improve Manchester City’s below par season.

Whether a move materializes is yet to be seen. However as the January transfer window progresses, the 25-year-old is certainly a name that is expected to attract multiple transfer rumors.
