Mohamed Salah has been crowned the Premier League’s Player of the Season, capping off a record-breaking campaign.

The Egyptian forward claims the award for the second time in his career, having first won it during his explosive debut season in 2017/18.

This year, Salah delivered one of the most remarkable individual seasons in Premier League history. Heading into the final matchday, he has racked up 28 goals and 18 assists, the highest combined total in the league putting him on course to win both the Golden Boot and Playmaker awards.

Salah’s incredible performances led Liverpool to secure the league crown with four matches to spare under Arne Slot, and his influence was unmatched across the campaign.

He beat out strong competition from teammates Virgil van Dijk and Ryan Gravenberch, as well as fellow nominees Morgan Gibbs-White, Alexander Isak, Bryan Mbeumo, Declan Rice, and Chris Wood.
