Egypt international Ahmed Hassan Kouka has scored in Olympiacos 5-0 thrashing of Panetolikos in the Greek Super League on Sunday.
The 26-year-old is having an impressive season with the Greek giants as before today’s game, he managed to score eight goals in 18 league games.
And on Sunday, Olympiacos travelled to face Panetolikos, searching for the three points to continue their winning run in the league.
Just nine minutes into the game, Ahmed Hassan Kouka headed the ball down for Georgios Masouras to tap in from close range, making it 1-0.
The visitors couldn’t double their lead until the 50th minute when Konstantinos Fortounis put Kouka through on goal, and the Egyptian had no trouble finding the net.
The Egyptian has now scored seven goals in Olympiacos’ last eight games and currently sits fifth in the Greek Super League top scoring charts.
In the 61st minute, Guilherme made it 3-0 after converting Fortounis’ cross with a powerful header, and nine minutes later, Mady Camara got his name on the scoresheet after reacting quickly to a loose ball inside the six-yard box.
Norway international Omar Elabdellaoui secured an impressive victory for his side with a bullet of a shot in the 78th minute, to end the game 5-0.
Following the victory, Olympiacos sit second on the league table with 63 points from 26 games, ten behind league leaders PAOK, but Kouka’s side still have a game in hand.
