Ticketing platform Tazkarti announced that all tickets for the Intercontinental Cup match between Al Ahly and Al Ain have been sold out.
Al Ahly are set to face Asian champions Al Ain on October 29th at the Cairo International Stadium, with 52,000 fans in attendance.
FIFA announced yesterday that a Turkish crew led by referee Halil Umut Meler will be in charge of officiating the game.
The remaining fixtures of the Intercontinental Cup will be held in Qatar from December 11th to 18th. The winner of this match will advance to face either Mexico’s CF Pachuca, the CONCACAF champions, or the yet-to-be-decided Copa Libertadores champion.
